ANTIPASTI
Anchovies – Marinated white anchovies in Puglian olive oil, chilli & parsley.
Olives – Imported Sicilian Nocellara olives.
Focaccia Mista – A selection of fresh Stuzzi-made focaccia bread.
Piatto Misto (N) – A selection of fine imported Italian salumi, cheeses & antipasti.
STUZZICHINI
Paté – Zepp’s famous chicken liver, pancetta & marsala parfait. Served with Stuzzi-made negroni marmalade & crostini.
Arancino – Sicilian street food staple. ‘Cacio e Pepe’ inspired deep fried pecorino Romano & black pepper risotto ball, filled with a melting centre of imported buffalo mozzarella.
Crocchette (N) – Home smoked, roasted duck leg, chestnut, potato & caramelised red onion crocchette. Deep fried in Italian beer batter.
Barbabietola (N) – Roasted red beetroot with fresh orange, salted walnuts & spiced red wine reduction. Finished with pomegranate seeds.
Burrata – Whole, imported Puglian burrata with charred radicchio, dried fig & cardamon jam. Finished with pumpkin seed pangratatto.
Cotechino – Traditional imported Italian Christmas sausage, originating from Modena. Sliced and served on a bed of braised green lentils & 8yr aged balsamic vinegar.
Funghi Con Polenta – Roasted king oyster mushroom served on soft polenta with cavolo nero pesto, burnt butter & crispy cavolo nero.
Insalata – Warm salad of caramelised parsnips, chicory, goat’s curd & crispy parsnip ribbons. Finished with truffled honey
Montone Con Acciughe – Crispy, pressed shoulder of mutton, flavoured with anchovy & rosemary, served with duck fat roasted new potatoes, caper pureé & gravy.
Radiatore – Stuzzi-made fresh pasta with braised cannelini bean ragu flavoured with sage, white wine & black winter truffle. Finished with crispy onion pangrattato.
Tagliatelle – Stuzzi-made fresh pasta with roasted pork shoulder, Neapolitan sausage & nduja ragu. Flavoured with fennel seeds, rosemary & garlic. Cooked slowly in white wine, meat stock & San Marzano tomato.

For those individuals with food allergies, please feel free to direct any questions regarding your allergy or intolerance to ingredients used in our dishes to a member of the team before ordering. We have a fast paced, daily changing menu and due to the nature of the layout of the kitchen, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination regarding allergy sensitive ingredients. We do not have the capacity to offer complete menu changes for individuals, however we will always go above and beyond to cater for the majority of our guests with allergies who accept the risk of cross-contamination.
