Stuzzi-made trompette pasta with ‘cime di rape’ – braised turnip tops, confit onion & caper, finished with a toasted bread crumb.
Stuzzi-made parpadelle pasta with a ragu of lamb shank, cooked with nduja, rosemary, white wine & San Marzano tomato.
