ANTIPASTI 

Anchovies – Marinated white anchovies in Puglian olive oil, chilli & parsley.

Olives – Imported Sicilian Nocellara olives.  

Focaccia Mista – A selection of fresh Stuzzi-made focaccia bread.

Piatto Misto (N) – A selection of fine imported Italian salumi, cheeses & antipasti.    

STUZZICHINI

Paté – Zepp’s famous chicken liver, pancetta & marsala paté. Served with Stuzzi-made negroni marmalade & crostini.

Arancino – Sicilian street food staple. Deep fried caramelised parsnip & white truffle risotto ball, filled with a melting centre of pecorino Romano butter.

Crocchette (N) – Crocchette of roasted duck leg, potato, chestnut & cherry liqueur soaked cranberry. Deep fried in Italian beer batter.

Gambaretti Con Nduja – North Atlantic prawn cocktail with an nduja marie rose sauce, topped with crispy pig skin, stracciatella cheese & smoked paprika.

Cotechino – Traditional imported Italian Christmas sausage, originating from Modena. Sliced and served on a bed of braised green lentils & 8yr aged balsamic vinegar.

Funghi Con Polenta Roasted king oyster mushroom served on creamy soft polenta with cavolo nero pesto, burnt butter & crispy cavolo nero.

Insalata (N) – Warm salad of roasted beetroot & bitter chicory with an orange & fig dressing. Finished with sheep’s cheese yoghurt & candied pecan.

Porchetta – Pan roasted Roman style rolled pork belly, stuffed with Neapolitan sausage & dried apricot. Served with creamed potatoes, roasted Brussel sprouts and a mulled cider & pork reduction.

Ragú di Ceci – Stuzzi-made fresh pasta with braised chickpeas & baby spinach, flavoured with rosemary, chilli & lemon. Finished with fresh mascarpone, topped with garlic pangrattato.

Ragú di Cervo – Stuzzi-made fresh pasta with a slow cooked ragú of venison, flavoured with red wine, juniper & cloves. Finished with bitter dark chocolate.

Stuzzi makes an effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. For those individuals with food allergies, please feel free to direct any questions regarding your allergy or intolerance to ingredients used in our dishes to a member of the team before ordering. We have a fast paced, daily changing menu and due to the nature of the layout of the kitchen, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination regarding allergy sensitive ingredients. We do not have the capacity to offer complete menu changes for individuals, however we will always go above and beyond to cater for the majority of our guests with allergies who accept the risk of cross-contamination.
