Caprese – Imported buffalo mozzarella, vine tomato & fresh basil.

Torino (N)Mortadella, gorgonzola dolce, truffle & rocket.

Godmother – Spicy spianata salami, rocket, tomato & parmesan.

Trapanese (N) Harrisa roasted chicken thigh, pesto Trapanese & rocket.

APERITIVO

Noci Mista (N) Honey & chilli roasted mixed nuts seasoned in rose harissa.

Olives – Nocellara olives imported from Sicily.

Anchovies –White anchovies marinated in Puglian olive oil & chilli.

Focaccia Mista – Selection of fresh Stuzzi-made focaccia bread.

Piatto Misto (N) A selection of fine imported Italian salumi, cheeses & antipasti.

STUZZICHINI

Arancino – Sicilian street food staple. Deep fried beetroot & parmesan risotto ball, with a melting centre of home smoked mackerel butter.

Granchio –  Whole soft shell crab deep fried in an Italian beer batter. Served with a tuna, caper and garlic aioli.

Bruschetta Stuzzi-made bruschetta topped with crushed garden peas, salsa verde & imported buffalo mozzarella. Finished with micro parsley. 

Insalata (N) Salad of fresh black fig, radicchio, lollo rosso, cucumber ribbons and  hazelnut. Dressed in fig & balsamic.

Arancia Sanguigna – Fresh blood orange, salted red onion & pink peppercorns tossed in a soft herb dressing.

Polpette (N) Beef and mortadella meatballs in a spicy Napoli sauce. Served with fresh homemade focaccia.

Spirali – Stuzzi-made basil spirali pasta al peperonata. Roasted peppers, confit white onion, baby capers & sherry vinegar. Topped with an anchovy pangrattato.

Pappardelle – Stuzzi-made paprika pappardelle pasta with a slow cooked ragu of North Yorkshire venison & pancetta, flavoured with juniper, rosemary, veal stock & San Marzano tomato.

Stuzzi makes an effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. For those individuals with food allergies, please feel free to direct any questions regarding your allergy or intolerance to ingredients used in our dishes to a member of the team before ordering. We have a fast paced, daily changing menu and due to the nature of the layout of the kitchen, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination regarding allergy sensitive ingredients. We do not have the capacity to offer complete menu changes for individuals, however we will always go above and beyond to cater for the majority of our guests with allergies who accept the risk of cross-contamination.
